On-chain charts, with the source of every figure in plain sight
Five interactive series. Four are computed from our own node, either reading its UTXO set or walking the chain block by block; every source is stated, whether it's ours or not.
Pick what you want to see
HODL waves -- How Bitcoin's supply is split by how long each coin has been sitting still, across 10 age bands. Weekly snapshots from our own node.
Holder distribution -- From dust to whales: who holds how much Bitcoin, grouped by wallet size. Weekly snapshots from our own node.
Realized price, MVRV and NUPL -- The average acquisition cost of the entire evaluable supply, computed from the UTXO set. Computed from our own node; it does not feed the Score yet.
SOPR and on-chain activity -- Realized profit and loss, day by day, walking every transaction on the chain. Walked block by block since 2011, still in progress; it does not feed the Score yet.
MVRV Z-Score -- How far the market price sits from its average acquisition cost, measured in standard deviations. Derived from Coin Metrics data, not from our node; it does not feed the Score.
Every source, stated plainly
Four of the five charts are computed by walking (or reading the UTXO set of) our own Bitcoin Core node, unpruned. The one exception, MVRV Z-Score, uses Market Cap and MVRV from Coin Metrics -- the figure it needs (Realized Cap) isn't published by any node on its own, and that's spelled out on its own page, not hidden.
The same methodology as the Score
These charts follow the same discipline of honesty and verification already applied to the cycle Score.
